Box Office/Customer Service Representative

The OKC Philharmonic is seeking a Box Office Customer Service Representative who is good with numbers. Are you seeking a position in an established, vibrant, growing arts organization? Must be kind, patient, reliable and customer service oriented, have a knack for numbers and easily adaptable to digital technologies. Do you find joy in attention to detail and have experience in spread sheets? Do you love working collaboratively in the arts! Experience in Paciolan or other ticketing software a plus! Candidates should display ability to become proficient in OKC Phil box office policies and procedures, be able to learn about season offerings and articulate them clearly on the phone and in person, and demonstrate initiative to willingly adapt to the various demands of the annual schedule that includes: eight Classics, twelve Pops, three Children’s Discovery programs and the annual July 3rd Red, White and Boom concert. Join a team oriented environment -- a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in a must. Hours are 9-5, M-F, plus concert weekends and evenings, as required. Salary, benefits and 403(b).
