Health and Wellbeing Update 
March 18th, 2020

In compliance with the city, state and national authority’s recommendations for the health and well-being of all, and due to the fact that the Civic Center has announced closures until March 31, we are providing this update on the OKCPHIL spring concert programming:

· “Jersey Boys and Girls” March 20-21 – CANCELLED –
· “Gritty, Sweet and Hypnotic” featuring Stravinsky “Rite of Spring” for April 4- RESCHEDULED–for May 30
· “Frank and Ella” May 1-2 –NO CHANGES- at this time
· Family Discovery Series “Peter and the Wolf” May 3- NO CHANGES – at this time

We wanted to be sure you are aware that as a self-producing arts organization, we incur costs weather the concert is held or cancelled. Your unwavering support at this time is immeasurable.

We ask that you thoughtfully consider the following options for CANCELLED concert tickets or if you are unable to attend RESCHEDULED concerts.

[Turn Back] your tickets for a tax donation receipt, which will help us fulfill our obligations
[Request a voucher] for a future concerts in the 20-21 season
[Make a Donation] Your donation of any amount both small and large will greatly help us thought these unprecedented times.
